Megan Fox is pregnant with her fourth child, and her first with Machine Gun Kelly.
On Monday, Fox posted an Instagram carousel of a maternity photo (with her body drenched in black liquid) and a positive pregnancy test.
“nothing is ever really lost. welcome back 👼🏼❤️” the actress captioned the post, referring to the couple’s miscarriage .
Fox, who shares three children, Noah, 11, Bodhi, 10, and Journey, 7, with her ex-husband, actor Brian Austin Green , suffered a miscarriage while expecting a child with MGK, which they revealed in 2023. MGK, who has a 15-year-old daughter, Casie Colson Baker , tackled the miscarriage in his 2023 songs “Don’t Let Me Go” and “Last November.” Fox also addressed the miscarriage in her poetry book, Pretty Boys are Poisonous, where she recalled seeing the ultrasound of a baby girl at 10 weeks.
“I had never been through anything like that before in my life,” Fox said about the miscarriage on a November 2023 episode of Good Morning America . “I have three kids. So, it was very difficult for both of us. And it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately, and together and apart, and together and apart, and together and apart, trying to navigate, ‘What does this mean? And why did this happen?'”
MGK and Fox began dating in 2020 and got engaged in 2022 before briefly splitting up the following year. The two have since reconciled.
